The strap body is woven from nylon 66 polymer material and treated with a double-needle overlock process, achieving a tensile strength of over 800 kgf. The camouflage version undergoes three heat transfer dyeing processes, achieving a colorfastness level of 4 or higher. Low-temperature testing shows that the material retains its flexibility at -30℃, without cracking or hardening.
The core buckle is made using a zinc alloy casting process, with a military-grade level 3 hard anodizing treatment. Salt spray testing showed no signs of corrosion after over 72 hours. The automatic buckle device incorporates double-row ball bearings, supporting quick one-handed adjustment and a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. Some high-end models are equipped with a modular expansion interface, compatible with MOLLE system add-on equipment packs.
